Missions Principales :
- Clients / Services :
– Accueillir les clients en agence et améliorer l’Expérience Client.
– Fournir des réponses fiables et précises aux demandes des clients.
– Comprendre clairement les demandes et orienter les clients vers le bon interlocuteur interne.
– Traiter rapidement et efficacement les opérations bancaires (retraits, versements, changes).
– Promouvoir l’utilisation des services bancaires automatisés et en ligne.
- Finances / Coûts :
– Contribuer à la maîtrise des coûts d’exploitation en gérant la majorité des demandes directement en agence.
- Moyens / Méthodes :
– Maîtriser tous les outils nécessaires pour accéder aux données clients et traiter les opérations bancaires.
- Équipe / Coopération :
– Participer activement à la coopération au sein de l’équipe pour améliorer continuellement ses compétences.
